Use photos, fault records and maintenance videos to turn field experience into an auditable work order, maintenance suggestions and SOP knowledge base.
Let on-site personnel submit problems with low-threshold photos, text context, and repair process videos. The system generates auditable fault work orders, processing suggestions, advance maintenance suggestions, and SOP drafts, and accumulates experience into searchable knowledge through expert confirmation.
- 01Low threshold collectionCreate tasks from photos, textual context, history or repair videos without requiring first connection to a production system.
- 02AI draft generationThe system generates diagnostic work orders, maintenance recommendations or draft SOPs, and identifies uncertainties and data gaps.
- 03Expert reviewA maintenance supervisor or domain expert reviews, modifies, approves, or rejects the AI output.
- 04Knowledge accumulationPrecipitate the confirmed fault results, maintenance suggestions and SOP versions into retrievable knowledge, and retain the learning approval mark.

Please upload at least 1 photo of the device first, and fill in the device identification and fault symptoms.
Data use boundary
Equipment photos, maintenance videos, historical failure records, and failure context uploaded by users may include factory layout, equipment numbers, process parameters, personnel images, or internal maintenance processes. The system is only used to generate diagnosis, maintenance suggestions, SOP drafts and knowledge base records on this site; it should not be used for public display or external sharing without user authorization. Current 10 role review supplement: Treat equipment photos, repair videos, historical fault logs, equipment IDs, site areas, fault context, and safety constraints as sensitive or conditionally sensitive factory data.; Before upload, warn users that media may contain personnel images, factory layout, equipment identifiers, process parameters, and internal safety procedures.; Support media deletion/replacement and knowledge-base withdrawal; deletion must remove or disable search/learning use of derived OCR, transcripts, thumbnails, embeddings, and indexes where applicable. Default media and records must not be reused across projects or for learning unless explicit learning approval and authorization are recorded. Current three manufacturing actions use usesWeb=false and must not perform external web retrieval or send uploaded factory data to unauthorized third-party connectors. Exports containing sensitive or pending-review content must be permissioned, audited, and visibly marked.
Data retention
Project data, media references, AI output, audit logs, and version records are retained by default for 180 days; administrators can delete or export by project. After deletion, the visibility of the knowledge base should be removed and stopped for subsequent retrieval or learning closed loop, but the exported reports will not be automatically recalled by this site.
Human responsibility and rollback
What this product generates is manufacturing equipment maintenance analysis, maintenance plans, and draft SOPs, not final maintenance instructions. Operations involving shutdown, power outage, pressure relief, disassembly, reset, commissioning or any operation that may affect the safety of personnel and equipment must be reviewed by a qualified on-site person in charge or an expert in the field and executed in accordance with the company's safety regulations.
Rollback only means restoring diagnostic work orders, maintenance suggestions, SOP versions, knowledge base visibility or workflow status in this site to previous versions; this product does not connect to or modify external production systems, so rollback does not mean undoing any equipment operations, production system configurations or on-site maintenance actions.
